The Starving Carvists: A Gallery

Our local team of snow carving extraordinaires – the award-winning Starvin' Carvists – have been pretty busy in 2011. Besides creating snowy-masterpieces every Thursday down in Boyd Park at Winter After Hours, they just got back from an annual competition in Chicago. Led by Jason Anhorn and Steve Bateman the team has won awards around the United States as well as a place called "Europe," taking a home a first place trophy from Italy a few years back. This gallery runs from 2007 to the present.
