The Eau Claire Parks & Recreation summer kickball league had its dramatic conclusion on Aug. 4, including a battle for fourth place that pitted Volume One against Just Local Food Co-Op the Loco Donkeys. . With two on, and two outs in the bottom of the seventh, Just Local pulled it off 10-9. First place went to the undefeated Wells Fargo team.
