The Kline Building in downtown Eau Claire has few new openings.
Today (Thursday, May 14) - the current owner of 6 S. Barstow in downtown Eau Claire (the Kline Building) has a salvage crew preserving hunks and chunks of the structure, which involved opening gaping holes in the floor, ceiling, and roof – allowing a clear view from the basement to the sky.
