Phillips Memorial Public Library has 80 pages of historical, local photos digitized and online for your time wasting' educational pleasure. We're talking 1,423 images and counting – all of them from the Chippewa Valley Museum’s collection. They've also got old Eau Claire City Directories and old Eau Claire County Statistical Reports scanned and uploaded if you feel like reading.
