Travel Wisconsin has quick short post about Winter Activities You’ve Never Heard Of, saying "From wacky to zany, when it comes to crazy winter-themed sports, Wisconsin is the place to be." They detail a number activities, claiming Wisconsinites yearn for wintertime adventures more exciting than traditional fare such as skiing, snowmobiling, or snowshoeing. They include activities such as Broom Ball and Bar Stool Races – to which we're certainly no stranger, as evidenced here and here.

But they also talk about Turkey Bowling ("Why not use dinner to knock down some pins?") and Human Foosball, which is featured at the Fish Creek Winter Festival and looks to be fairly fantastic, though we're not sure why you need to wait until winter to enjoy it.
