Tiffany Bottoms Wetland Train Ride

Choo-choo!

Choo-choo!

Ever feel like cruising through the wetlands in an open-air antique train at grossly dangerous relaxing speeds? Don't worry, if things really get out of hand you could hop on out and tuck and roll. That’s what an open-air train is all about right? Regardless, now is your chance to join area naturalists and biologists on a 14-mile round-trip through the historic Tiffany Bottoms Wetlands.

In case you tend to get sore from sitting down for extended periods of time, at certain points on the ride passengers will be guided on short hikes ranging from a quarter to half a mile in length.

Make sure to bring a lunch as the fun starts at 9:30 am and doesn’t let up until 3 pm on September 10. Prices range from $25 for non-members to $15 for friends of members.

In order to register for this event feel free to contact Angie Sommers via email at angie@beavercreekreserve.org, or via phone at (715) 877-2212. Remember, registration and full payment is required by September 3 if you are hoping to join in on the festivities on September 10.
