Hundreds of country music fans will be making the annual pilgrimage to Cadott this weekend for Country Fest 2010. Headlining this year are fest veterans Tim McGraw, Toby Keith and Reba McEntire. Other crowd-drawing acts include Lady Antebellum, Neal McCoy, Pat Green, and Hootie himself, Darius Rucker. Country Fest 2010 has implemented some logistical upgrades this year, so pay attention!Wristbands will be required this year for all fest-goers, checks will no longer be accepted (much like everywhere else on the planet), and there's a fancy new entrance gate to get you to your festing faster. HUZZAHChippewa Valley Renaissance Faire | Don't put your jousting lance away just yet. By royal decree, the Chippewa Valley Renaissance Faire has added one more weekend! If you haven't been yet, make the time to check out the performing troupes and musicians, handmade crafts, and some sweet trebuchet action. (117th St., Chippewa Falls; Sat/Sun, 10am-6pm; $15, $13, $5)

STEPMOTHERSRodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella | Cinderella: For family fun and a little culture, come see CVTG's performance of Rogers and Hammerstein's Cinderella. (Remember the movie with Brandi and Whitney Huston?) This classic musical will have you singing, or at least humming, all the way home. (State Theatre; Sat, 7:30pm-9:30pm; Sun, 1:30pm-3:30pm; $18 general, $8 students)

DOCUMENTARY: Decadent Cabaret: The Story Behind the Festival | The film will premiere on Saturday with a showing at the House of Rock. This DVD documentary follows the story of Decadent Cabaret from a one-night, one-band festival to the three-day extravaganza we know today. The film feature interviews with the festival founders and clips from the 31st Decadent Cabaret. (House of Rock, 422 Water St.; Sat, 10:00pm; doors open at 8pm)
