• Councilman Brandon Buchanan is resigning from Council effective Tuesday, August 18th to attend Law School at Marquette in Milwaukee.

Wow. We heard rumors about this and were hoping we'd have some sort of small town-style scandal on our hands, like maybe Buchanan was caught stealing all the Kit Kats from the federal building's snack vending machine and had to leave in disgrace. No such luck.
