The ADRC of Dunn County is the access point for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers to receive assistance, education, and support while at all times respecting the rights, dignity and preference of the individual. It provides transportation, nutrition, and caregiving services as well as long-term care.

The L.E. Phillips Senior Center provides a place for Senior Citizens, 55 and better who reside in the City or County of Eau Claire to maintain independence, receive services and develop skills which enhance the emotional, physical and social quality of their lives. Regularly hosts day trips, weekend escapes, exercise classes, community meals, electronics and Internet lessons, knitting classes, and more.
