Aerial Yoga

Traditional yoga practices and poses get a lift in this class that focuses on meditation in movement. Build whole body strength and get to enjoy passive inversions as we hang upside down and decompress the spine. Wear a t-shirt that covers your armpits and yoga pants/sweatpants. This class will focus on linking breath with movement. It is a moderately paced class that offers demonstrations and verbal cues. It is great for beginner practitioners as well as those looking to refresh their practice. The room will be heated using infrared heat panels to 90 degrees.
