All levels are welcome, but this class is specifically designed for anyone, at any level, interested in running a half or full marathon. Provides you with the training tools to help you on this 14-week journey. Attend either the Tuesday morning or evening lecture, and training runs are on Saturdays.

You’ll discover the amazing diversity of birds that the Chippewa Valley has to offer. Each of the three field outings will focus on a separate bird population specific to the Chippewa Valley area: winter and permanent resident birds, migrant waterfowl, and summer resident songbirds.

Make your own nutritive and cleansing tea to use at home. Ingredients include local, wild weeds. Learn about herbal support for the springtime in this hands-on class. Kerri Kiernan is a local Master Herbalist who works with plants from her garden as well as wild weeds from the Chippewa Valley.

CPR Certify Eau Claire is a community movement with the goal of sharing life-saving CPR & AED use, as well as, emergency choking procedures for Adults, Children, and Infants. This course is taught by Licensed Paramedics and State Certified EMS Instructors.
