This year marks the centennial of U.S. entry into WWI. In the shadow of other 19th century conflicts, our memory of this war is fading. Explore the impact of “the war to end all wars” on the Chippewa Valley. A series of four programs will explore different aspects of this conflict and its impact on our community.

Master fly tier Bob Haase of Eldorado, Wis. will present a program on fly tying at the November meeting of the Wisconsin Clear Waters Chapter of Trout Unlimited. Haase has been tying flies for 65 years and recently published “Bob’s Fly Tying Tips & Techniques”. The public is invited and fly tiers are invited to bring a vise and tie along with Bob.
