Dust on my Boots

During the month of October 2014, the Heyde Center, in collaboration with UW-Eau Claire will host this visual artist exhibit. "Dust on My Boots" is a Veteran's-only exhibition featuring works from around the Midwest. Through art Veterans who have been in conflict zones can talk about their struggles returning to civilian life.

Sculpture Tour Eau Claire

Enjoy this outdoor, interactive, free exhibit of sculptures displayed nearly year-round, twenty-four hours a day. The sculptures are owned by the artists who created them and are loaned to Eau Claire’s exhibit for 48-50 weeks. Each May a new set of sculptures arrives in the Eau Claire community for display and enjoyment.

The young artists from K-5th will be on display for one year. The new art for Lakeshore School will be launched May 30. So, take the bus and check out the work. Ms. Jenae Werner, teacher Ms. Deb Lewis, Partnership Coordinator.

Eau Claire's paint and wine experience! Wine and Whimsy is a 2.5-hour workshop with friends in front of a canvas with a glass of wine. An instructor will guide you through the painting of your very own masterpiece. If you have always wanted to learn to paint, but don't know where to begin, this is the experience for you.
