Sculpture Tour Eau Claire

Enjoy this outdoor, interactive, free exhibit of sculptures displayed nearly year-round, twenty-four hours a day. The sculptures are owned by the artists who created them and are loaned to Eau Claire’s exhibit for 48-50 weeks. Each May a new set of sculptures arrives in the Eau Claire community for display and enjoyment.

FOGSTAND Gallery & Studio—in collaboration with the University of Wisconsin-Stout’s Furlong Gallery—is pleased to present the retrospective exhibition, FOGSTAND &&&&&&, exhibiting works by Choon-Lin Joo (Singapore), En-Man Chang (Taiwan), Jo-Mei Lee (Taiwan), Jin-Da Lin (Taiwan), Kai-Feng Chun (Singapore) and Song-Yun Kim (South Korea).

"American Schoolgirl" by Sue Cranston

Acrylic and mixed-media paintings that represent Cranston’s version of childhood experiences for a young girl. It is a playful documentation that combines her memories of growing up in Wisconsin, her experiences teaching in the classroom, and her life as a daughter and mother.

"Show and Tell" by Grace Fechner

The first solo show of UWEC alumna Grace Fechner. The show is comprised of mixed media works that explore humans as social animals. Child-like materials and techniques are utilized and finessed in order to abstract and echo the learning process through which people are taught how to accurately communicate oneself to other people, and also how to listen to and interpret others.

Fresh Art Tour: Autumn 2017

Seventeen sites featuring dozens of artists with a range of work from pottery to textiles, painting, photography, metal, jewelry and more. This event, always held on the first three day weekend of October, is primed for the peak color weekend on the hardwood covered hills of this bluff and river laden area in Pepin, Pierce and Buffalo Counties. Artists demos at all sites.
