Distance Running

All levels are welcome, but this class is specifically designed for anyone, at any level, interested in running a half or full marathon. Provides you with the training tools to help you on this 14-week journey. Attend either the Tuesday morning or evening lecture, and training runs are on Saturdays.

The 40th coming of this event is new and improved, featuring three days of new programming. 130+ vendors, and live music by Dawn Marie with beer & wine on Friday night from 4-8pm.
