Chippewa County Genealogy Society Meeting

The featured speaker will be Joe Niese, who will tell the fascinating story of Gus Dorais. Dorais, a triple-threat prep star from Chippewa Falls, was a football captain and undefeated four-year starter at Notre Dame as well as the school's first consensus All-American in 1913.

4th Annual Holiday Toy Trains

This Chippewa Valley holiday tradition features standard gauge trains running on almost 400 square feet of track. Layout includes local buildings, winter scenes, lights, and sounds. Lighted night trains run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Crafts, coloring, and floor trains. Gingerbread house contest display, and Santa will visit regularly.
