Carson Park Train Rides

Enjoy a scenic, half-mile train ride located in Eau Claire's premier Carson Park presented by the Chippewa Valley Railroad Association. A coal-fired steam engine pulls one train, a G-16 gasoline powered-streamliner pulls the other.

Sunday Hike on the Ice Age Trail

Take some time during your Labor Day weekend for a Sunday afternoon hike on the Ice Age Trail. Weather conditions have moderated, making for excellent hiking weather. The participants help decide which segment of the trail will be the target on this hike. Roughly 3-4 miles.
