Creative Placemaking in Louisiana

Presented by Jessica Miller, professor of Languages at UWEC. The people of Arnaudville, Louisiana have come together in the past ten years to highlight their Cajun French identity by tying it to local art. Miller will describe this process, known as creative placemaking, explain how Cajun French was used as one of the catalysts and share my field observation.
