Family Open Swim & Gym

Stay active this fall and winter at family open swim and gym. Admission fee allows families to enjoy time together in the pool and/or gym. Equipment will be provided for open gym. Appropriate indoor shoes required in gym. Children 8 and under require a supervisor age 13+.

Yoga on a Budget

This class will focus on linking breath with movement. It is a moderately paced class that offers demonstrations and verbal cues. It is great for beginner practitioners as well as those looking to refresh their practice. The room will be heated using infrared heat panels to 90 degrees.

Wednesday Morning Grateful Living Meditation Group

Each session will begin with a facilitator-led lovingkindness meditation followed by a reflective reading using poetry, essays, prayers and other materials that encourage and inspire us to live a grateful life. A time of silence and optional sharing concludes the meditation session.
