Aerial Yoga

Traditional yoga practices and poses get a lift in this class that focuses on meditation in movement. Build whole body strength and get to enjoy passive inversions as we hang upside down and decompress the spine. Wear a t-shirt that covers your armpits and yoga pants/sweatpants. Yoga on a Budget
