Each 4-hours wellness days includes an exercise class, healthy lunch, health-related presentations, and unstructured social time. Sunday Hike on the Ice Age Trail

Join a group hike on the Ice Age Trail in the Chippewa Moraine area and see late summer berries, frogs, and other denizens of the woods and ponds of the Chippewa Moraine. We’ll meet at the Obey Interpretive Center near New Auburn. Bring good walking shoes (some wet or muddy spots might be encountered), insect repellent, a hat (for the deerflies), water, a snack and a friend.
