Menomonie Farmers Market

Since 2000, this market has seen a remarkable growth in participation and sales. Farmer participation has increased from an average of 3-4 vendors in past seasons to 20 vendors at the peak of the summer harvest. A typical market day this past season had 15-20 farmers selling everything from vegetables to fruit, eggs, meats and handmade crafts.

Floating Bliss SUP Yoga - Intro to Adult Paddle + Yoga

This 60 minute class will introduce you to Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga. The first 20 minutes will focus on safety and basic paddling techniques, followed by 20 minutes of gentle yoga stretches/poses and ending with a 20 minute paddle back to shore.

Aquatic Invasive Species Snapshot Day

AIS Snapshot Day is a one day event where volunteers gather at local rendezvous points around the state to receive training on species identification and monitoring techniques. After the training, volunteers go to nearby lake and river access sites, notate species presence, and then return to their rendezvous site to verify findings with a local coordinator.
