Encaustic Painting - The Fusion of Hot wax and Mixed Media

Kay Geraghty's Encaustic is an ancient medium that Greek artists used back as long ago as the 5th century BC for portraits and panels. It consists of natural bees wax and dammar resin (crystallized tree sap).

Sarah Nelson Memorial Pancake Breakfast

Join the Older Youth Council as they serve homemade pancakes, sausage, cheese-curds, and muffins in honor of Sarah Nelson. Not only did Sarah's inspiring attitude and encouraging smile make many determined to better themselves, she also was a cancer survivor of 15 years. All proceeds go to Relay for Life.

Introduction to Hockey

Interested in the sport of hockey? This is the perfect opportunity for young players with limited skating experience to be introduced to hockey through guided play on indoor ice. Participants will be divided into teams each night and allowed to play. Instructors will give minor instruction as the games progress. Participants will need hockey skates, stick, and helmet.
