Beer vs Wine Dinner
Beer or Wine? You get to decide at this fun dinner event. A 4 course dinner where you get to sample both and then decide what you want to pair with your meal prepared by Executive Chef Russ Gorski.
Hinterland Brewery and Hess Winery will go head to head in a fun format of sample rounds. You get to learn, taste and rate the samples, then enjoy your 4 course dinner featuring local filet mignon beef.
Doors open at 6pm
First Round starts at 6:30pm

Butler Style Appetizers:
› Coconut crusted shrimp with citrus dipping sauce
› Caprese skewer with balsamic glaze
› Beef roulade canapé
› Grilled vegetable stuffed artichokes Fontina cheese
Boston Bibb and radicchio cups filled with chopped grilled romaine tossed with pumpernickel croutons and roasted garlic dressing. Garnished with fire roasted heirloom tomatoes and shaved aged cheeses
Sedge Wood Farms grass fed filet mignon wrapped in black pepper bacon and grilled to medium. Served with triple baked potato napoleon and roasted brussel sprouts
Dark chocolate s’mores lava bundt cake with sea salt caramel gelato
Price for this event is $75. All sales are final, no returns will be issued. Gratuity is not included in price.
