Yoga For runners, By Runners
Designed by Runners who are also Yoga Instructors to provide the right mix of stretching and strengthening that runners need, at a cozy temperature of 80 degrees. Classes will emphasize strengthening of arms, spine, core, back, shoulders, necks and toes while increasing flexibility in your hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves and ankles.
Cost: $15 single class drop-in rate
