Dinner over the Duncan

The Heyde Center for the Arts is proud to partner with culinary award winning artist Jason Tepaske for the inaugural “Dinner over the Duncan” – a four-course, gourmet dinner on the historic Marsh Rainbow Arch Bridge in downtown Chippewa Falls. Jason trained at the Culinary Institute of American at Graystone and has received three national awards for his signature recipes. The evening’s meal features braised pork over with sweet potato puree and pickled fruit compote and a five apple cake with cinnamon whisky sauce paired with locally produced drinks chosen to complement and enhance each course (recommended by Dawn Bye of Bye the Willow). Enjoy dinner on this unique and picturesque 1916 bridge accompanied by a string quartet and the soothing sounds of Duncan Creek. Come relax with friends and celebrate historic Chippewa Falls in an intimate beautiful setting. Sponsored in part by Chippewa Valley Tent Rental, The Bird's Nest, Christensen Florist and Greenhouse, photographers Sherry Jasper and Elizabeth Hope, and Loopy's Grill & Saloon. Rain location: the historic Heyde Center for the Arts Ballroom. The cost is $100 per person or $180 per couple.
