A lunch with Lisa Wells of the ADRC as she discusses brain health and aging. Meal includes Tender Pork Loin w/ Mushrooms & Gravy, Dumplings, Whole Grain Bread, California Blend Vegetables, Apple Cake.

Aging well depends on your genes, lifestyle choices, and environment. Even if you are healthy, brain changes as you age may lead to increased challenges with multitasking, paying attention, and recalling words. However, most of us, at any age, can learn new things and improve skills, which can be very important for maintaining our independent lifestyle.
