Social Entrepreneurship: Helping to Shrink a Critical Divide

Twenty years ago, while working in refugee camps in the war-torn former Yugoslavia, Rosman-Clark made a commitment to serve those whose lives had been unjustly disrupted by conflict. Years later, as she visited Srebrenica residents as part of her postgraduate studies at New York University (and University of Nova Gorica), Rosman-Clark realized the impact of first-person digital story sharing. She formed Green Card Voices, an organization that combats stereotypes by empowering immigrants to tell their stories. Hear how she has grown Green Card Voices into the largest video library of immigrant stories in the country.
