Hand Built Pottery Class (Ann Manor)
Hand building is an ancient pottery making technique, and there is no shortage of exciting work being created today by the hands of ceramic artists. In this four-hour class, Ann Manor will offer step-by-step instruction on hand building techniques from the simple coil built pot to more complex techniques, depending on your experience. The first class is devoted to building your pot. The pots are fired and then in two weeks you return to glaze your artwork. Finished projects can be picked up approximately one week after glazing them. Ann Manor is an art specialist at the Chippewa Falls School District and has her own art studio. All materials provided along with a complimentary beverage and snacks. Class size is limited to 12 people. Cost $75/person.
