ecWIT Live in the Spring: "Under the Influence"

Last fall, audiences were wowed by the performance of a new reader’s theater group, ecWIT (Eau Claire Women in Theater) at several local venues. The ladies are back again with a new, exciting lineup of pieces to perform.

Reader’s theater spotlights a love of reading in a variety of genres through interactive characterizations without props, set or costumes. The program will include three pieces: a take on the classic “Romeo & Juliet” as a tribute to William Shakespeare’s 442nd birthday this April; a humorous portrayal of the preparation it takes to bring a theatrical character to life; and an original piece featuring a very awkward first date.

This event is over.
