Body & Soul Fitness
Body & Soul Fitness is an NPO that enables women to exercise and care for their bodies to Christian music with solid lyrics. This international organization is coming to the Chippewa Valley this winter bringing kick butt cardio and strength training workouts! Body & Soul Fitness is three days a week (MWF) for just one hour a day.

Quick and easy-to-make, this large bushel-basket style round basket with a handle originally was used to carry potatoes but today is the perfect basket to hold your fleece blankets or throw. Costs include materials and instructor fee. Registration and full payment required by Feb. 1.
