UWEC Players: The Dispute
Who shows the first infidelity in love? Is it Man or Woman? A Prince and his Love set out to answer this question by conducting an experiment that has been in works for years. Four Children, two male and two female, had been separated from society at birth and were raised in complete social isolation. They have never seen their own face or the opposite sex. They are now, at the age of 19, being released from their cells into a large enclosure for all to see. Mixing the sexes and seeing the love, the lust, the passion, the deception, and most importantly... The very first betrayal of the heart. Its the Garden of Eden, and we`ll answer the question once and for all... Who Cheats First? Written by Marivaux in 1744, this 264 year old French play has gotten a little attention with a translation by Tyler Morris and a modern Adapation by CJ Krueger.
