Presented by Mixed Blood Theatre and part of Black History Month events at UW-Stout, this performance covers three centuries of history through song. Music includes songs from Bessie Smith, Aretha Franklin, Lena Horne and Beyonce and highlighting the contributions of 14 historically important figures, including Madame C.J. Walker, Rosa Parks, Harriet Tubman, Billie Holliday and Oprah Winfrey.
