Sponsorship Requests

Because there are so many amazing individuals and groups producing so many great events, and because of the large number of sponsorship requests, Volume One cannot make cash contributions or donate advertising space free of charge.

But because we're interested in as many new events succeeding as possible, we do offer support in the form of "media sponsorships" to a limited number of events throughout the year. If approved for a media sponsorship, your organization can access a significantly reduced rate for all advertising with Volume One in print or on the web.

To be considered for a media sponsorship, you must complete the form below.

Name of the Event Name of the Group Producing the Event Event Dates / Times Event Location Event Description How long has this event taken place? Who are other sponsors of this event? Who is the audience for this event, where are they coming from? How many people attended this event in the past?
How many do you expect this year? What is the cost to attend the event? What is the cost to be a vendor at the event? Is this a benefit of some sort? If so, for who? What is your advertising/marketing budget and plan for the event? What could Volume One receive in return for a media sponsorship? Is there any other information you think could be helpful?
