Curling is apparently hot right now. It's been everywhere! Local media, Simpsons, Colbert, Google, and more. Who knows what's next?

Question is, can this new found intensity carry through the next three years until the next Olympic Games?

Maybe it could in EC, thanks to V1, Budweiser, and the local Curling Club!

Cheese Curls Vs. Volume One Ice Squad.... It was a close game, so close we had to get out the official measuring device to call the last point of the game!! (see pic). Great Job hang'n tough Cheese Curls. Congrats to Volume One on the victory. (still tied in the point standings!!!)

From now on, Curls for the Girls will play at 7:30, and Icebreakers will play at 6:00. Their scores from the previous two games have been preserved above. They have each been re-ranked, though, according to their new time slot.

Will there be any televised coverage of the match between teh 2-0 Cheese Curls and the 2-0 Volume One Ice Squad? It must be too early in the week - Vegas doesn't have any odds information yet.

With Budweiser as the official sponsor of this new league, the team who wins it all on the final night will be getting a free case of beer and a bunch of Budweiser swag: shirts, hats, etc. So play hard!
