Turkeys & Toucans
I was on the way to the mall, driving peacefully, when a huge, dark, gangly bird almost wandered in front of my car. I frantically glanced to my side and saw that there were actually dozens of such birds hanging out in the Oakwood Mall park. Two of them even tried making friends with the toucans.

Up the Trunk
I didn't realize quite how much I loved fall until I took this shot. Gazing up the trunk of a of a massive tree that is absolutely on fire with glowing orange leaves is a revelatory experience. I'd recommend doing it sooner rather than later, as most of the leaves are starting their exodus towards your lawn.

Automotive Machine Works, Inc.
I was procrastinating for prom, the way I do for most things. I'm trying to get to four seasons before they close so I can pick up my corsage and all that crap. To my dismay, Florian Gardens had been replaced by Automotive Machine Works. Inc. Not really. They were actually just changing their sign, and revealed an apparently ancient sign from the shop that used to be there.
