EllieMay Kay Benefit Gig

Measha Vieth |

Nashville country artist EllieMay Kay is coming back to her roots for a Chippewa Valley Habitat for Humanity benefit concert. Known for her true country style with a mix of 70s classic rock instruments, EllieMay tells stories of losing her mother to cancer, of a horrific car accident, of moments of happiness throughout her career. EllieMay has found great support from her community as an Eau Claire and Altoona native. She’s happy to show her gratitude by returning to the area for this benefit show, which gives back to that supportive community. Attendees will enjoy a 90-minute full-band set featuring cover songs along with a mix of songs from her albums. Maybe, you’ll even get to hear her number one hit song, “Girl with A Fishing Rod.” In addition to fabulous music, snacks and refreshments will be available for attendees during intermission. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at Chippewa Valley Habitat for Humanity ReStore - 145 N. Clairemont Ave. Tickets will also be available at the door and ages five and younger are free. All proceeds will benefit the Chippewa Valley Habitat for Humanity.
