“I love color and alcohol ink is color! I am having so much fun working with this fluid medium which is unpredictable and exciting. My painting style continues to grow as I create techniques for painting with ink and combining it with other mediums. I am also going back to watercolors and using whatever else is in my studio to create my whimsical realistic paintings on canvas, tile and YUPO paper. My paintings are inspired from my photographs or my imagination. My focus is always on birds, animals, and nature to show their personalities and my goal is to connect people to the things I love so we can care for those without a voice.
