Foundation Wants to Give Your Org Money

Are you involved in a local nonprofit organization looking for funding? If your answer is “yes,” then you should consider applying for a grant through the Eau Claire Community Foundation, which recently began accepting applications for its 2018 grant cycle.

Applications, which may be from any tax-exempt nonprofit that serves the Eau Claire community, must be received by Jan. 31, 2018.

To learn more about the application process – and to apply online – go to eccommunityfoundation.org, find the “Lasting Impact” tab, and click on “Apply for a Grant.” Potential applicants are also invited to attend one of the foundation’s free grant training sessions, which will be Nov. 15, Dec 5, and Jan. 4. (For full details on the training sessions, go to the website and click on “Events.”)

If you’re interested in learning more about the grant program, you can also email grants at eccommunityfoundation dot org or call (715) 552-3801.

The Eau Claire Community Foundation exists to provide a conduit through which donors can address community needs. It holds more than 260 funds that have more than $20 million in assets, and this year alone has allowed donors to distribute more than $4.1 million in grants to nonprofits.
