TRICK-OR-TRICKED-OUT. Brent Knutson and his family take Halloween pretty seriously. With  their entire place (and yard) on 11th Street decked out in the spookiest stuff, kids flock to it on Halloween. He said last year they had more than 500 kids stop by to taste some of that Halloween magic ... and candy, we guess, too.
