“eNtymology” by Angela Clark
 lithograph, 8.75” x 11.25”

Angela Clark appreciates alliteration.

“The study of Ent origins, eNtymology, is rarely confused with the homophonic branch of science that studies insects. Ents, unlike bugs, are giant tree shepherds from Middle-earth. Twisty twigs, meandering lines and gnarled bark are characteristic of the creatures. Incidentally, these organic features are the most enjoyable textures to create and manage to infiltrate a number of my other drawings.”  – The Artist

Volume One finds its cover art in a number of ways, from local art shows to random emails to knowing someone who knows someone who knows a great artist. The art always originates from a current or former Chippewa Valley resident. If you'd like to submit cover art, send us a letter.
