Beer and Cheese. If you don’t love one you probably love the other. Or both. I don’t need to tell you they both play a substantial role in the life of many Wisconsinites. And it’s that cultural vibrancy that led us a couple of years ago to first put them together in our annual Beer & Cheese special section. The fact is, when it comes to beer and cheese in our neck of the woods, it’s not hard to find new things to tell you about each year. And that’s how this section has become such a strong tradition so quickly. There’s no doubt there are plenty of experts on one or both of the topics out there reading, so if you know of something we missed or if you just have a great idea for next year’s section, be sure to drop us a line.
