Attack of the Ice Nessie! Spotted on Wednesday, January 9, the “Loch Chip Monster” – the mysterious Nessie-shaped concrete sculpture that appeared last summer – returned to the Chippewa River for a brief time. This time made of the frozen water from which it rose.
