There’s some weird and unusual stuff that goes on in Menomonie and Chad Lewis is going to tell us all about it in his presentation, “Mysterious Menomonie (from Ghosts to UFOs)”. On Sunday, June 17, Lewis, a researcher and author with a Masters of Science in Psychology from UW-Stout, will share what happened while “investigating the bizarre” in Dunn County. His presentation will feature what he deems to be his “strangest paranormal cases” including hitchhiking spirits, haunted theaters, mysterious gnomes, a UFO in the sky, and buried dragons. With witness testimonies, drawings, photos, and sound clips, this presentation brings the audience right into the middle of the investigation. He will also be letting us know where we can find our own paranormal experiences. In addition to research that has taken him all over the world, Lewis is also an author. He has written many books about the paranormal right here in the Midwest. These include two series: Road Guide to Haunted Locations and Hidden Headlines. He has also appeared on the Discovery Channel as well as radio and television talk shows. If you’ve ever wanted to learn more about the paranormal, this is the event for you!
