As if you haven’t noticed yet (because they’ve been closed for a month), beloved Eau Claire restaurant Pad Thai is renovating its interior. Among the changes are an added bathroom and more room for seating in the small dining area. They’re moving back the wall that acts as the pay counter, allowing a few more people to enjoy the mind-blowing Thai cuisine that typically packs the place every day for lunch. Owner Yeng Yang reopened the restaurant on Jan. 5.
