LET’S GO SOLAR TO CUT COSTS
With the price of all of our electric and heat going up these days, and all of us being mojo conservative, it would be nice to get a payback. If you look at our taxes going up, along with our heat and electricity bills, one only hopes one of them could go down at least a little.
If you look at the picture in Volume One in the April 16 edition on Page 10, it lets you start to wonder. What could we do to curb our bills here in Eau Claire and maybe our taxes? Could we sell that land? Could we rent it out? Maybe we could build something there? Flowers are a great idea, but what are we going to do with them? Just smell and look?
How about solar panels that would pay for the energy for the city shops so we do not have to pay higher taxes? Then we could put flowers all around the panels for that special something look and smell.
