Enjoying a good meal certainly has a lot to do with what’s on your plate. But atmosphere plays a critical role too: You’re undoubtedly going to enjoy that burger or burrito more while you’re watching a sunset overlooking a lake than while sitting on a wobbly table overlooking a dumpster.
Likewise, enjoying a relaxing day at home is all about atmosphere: What if you could get away from your everyday cares, just for a little while, right in your own home? You can with a free Azure Premier Spa from Poolman of Wisconsin.
This hot tub, created by FreeFlow Spas, is deep and spacious, offering seating for three to four people, and is ideal for spending quality time with friends and family. The model offers modern styling, simple plug-and-play installation, and even a built-in ice chest/cooler. (Because, as with a good meal, time spent relaxing in a hot tub can be enhanced by a cool drink.)
What’s the connection between dining out and relaxing in a hot tub? In case you haven’t already guessed, it’s Chippewa Valley Restaurant Week! Starting Sept. 15, pick up your Restaurant Week passport at The Local Store (205 N. Dewey St., Eau Claire) and have it stamped at participating eateries around the Chippewa Valley. Simply visit at least 10 different participating restaurants between Sept. 15 and Nov. 15 and collect your stamps. Then turn the passport in for a chance to win the hot tub from Poolman. People who visit five different participating restaurants can also enter for a chance to win prizes as well.
Completed (or half-completed) passports must be mailed or turned in to Volume One, 205 N. Dewey St., Eau Claire, WI 54701, by Nov. 15, and the winner will be randomly selected on Friday, Nov. 17. Additional details are printed on the passport itself. So go out, eat well, and win big!
